President/CEO, Clark B. Smith founded Builder Staffing Solutions in 1991. Mr. Smith has a solid background in accounting and finance with over twenty years of experience in the field of real estate and construction accounting. He acquired his experience through a focus in corporate real estate and commercial construction for various Fortune 500 companies. From his association with architectural and engineering firms, he became knowledgeable about development and the building industry. 

Clark B. Smith has a Masters of Science degree from the Berman School of Real Estate, Johns Hopkins University. He obtained his Masters degree in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
